Cancellation by Customer

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:

   • Orders can be canceled by the customer before they are dispatched.
   • To cancel an order, log into your SnappyCarts account, go to "My Orders," and select the order you wish to cancel.
   • You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
   • If the payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch:

   • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the product as per our Return Policy.

Cancellation by SnappyCarts

1. Product Unavailability:

   • In rare cases, if a product is out of stock or unavailable, we may have to cancel your order.
   • You will be notified via email, and the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Fraud Detection:

   • If our fraud detection system identifies any suspicious or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel such orders.
   • You will be notified via email, and the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer. You will be required to provide your bank details.
